This Draft Plan is now on public display and submissions on the draft can be made until 14th of February 2022.

We are inviting people to make submissions on this draft plan.  Make sure that you have your say in influencing and directing the vision for the future of your city. Dublin citizens, community groups, businesses, organisations and children (or groups that represent children) are invited to share their views, thoughts and wishes for the city, by taking part in the second stage of the public consultation process. This engagement will ensure that a shared vision to guide future development for the benefit of the city and all its citizens is reflected in the final plan.

The Development Plan will guide the spatial direction of future development and regeneration in the city in compliance with National & Regional Policy. It also includes Housing Strategy and Retail Strategy as well as a wide range of other important topics.
