Savills Appoint New Head of Serviced Office Brokerage

CNI Editor reports

Savills Ireland has announced the appointment of Sarah Keane as Head of Workthere Ireland – the flexible, co-working and serviced office brokerage service and website listing platform powered by Savills.

As Head of Workthere Ireland, Sarah will partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives to advise them on the best fit workplace solution. She will also be responsible for driving business development and marketing strategies to increase the platform’s brand presence and offering throughout Ireland.

Prior to joining Workthere Ireland, Sarah was Area Sales Manager for Regus and SPACES where she began her career in the serviced office industry. Before this Sarah held management positions in the jewellery industry in Cork and London, and later completed a contract as a business development executive for the Cork Chamber of Commerce.

Workthere Ireland, which is operated by international real estate advisor, Savills, launched in Ireland and the UK in 2017, and has since expanded its operation to10countries around the world, including The United States, Singapore, France and Germany, with plans to expand further in the coming months.

Michael Healy, Director, Workthere & Savills Ireland commented: “We are delighted to welcome Sarah to the team and look forward to the growth and expansion of Workthere Ireland under her leadership. As businesses recover from Covid-19 related disruption and reimagine themselves for the ‘new normal, many will look to adopt remote-work models. We are already seeing this, with a spike in activity on Workthere Ireland from companies seeking to create a hybrid work-model in anticipation of the return to office life in the coming months.”

Workthere Ireland, powered by Savills, finds the ideal solution for your organisation by advising and helping to implementing a hybrid model in the form of flexible serviced office catering from 1 – 200 + workspaces.

The hybrid-working model brings a real competitive advantage as it allows flexibility enabling a team to be more productive while still having a connection to a community. Analysing client enquires for Workthere Ireland, it is clear management across all sectors are pushing for flexible leases, flexible terms and multiple hubs adapting physical spaces to focus on social and collaborative interactions rather than providing large volumes of space for individual work.
