Our client is a leading Architectural practice based in Dublin. They currently have a number of exciting opportunities for Senior Architectural Technologists to join the office. You will join a talented and successful team within the Dublin office, where you will have the opportunity to gain exposure working on all project stages, both in the office and on-site, across a varied range of projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to excel in your career and work your way up through the practice.
This role will also give you the exposure of working on live projects using Revit to contemporary BIM standards, supported by our in-house BIM team.
Requirements:
– A qualified Architectural Technologist
– 5 years’ experience
– Strong experience running large residential/commercial projects
– Possess excellent communication and management skills
– Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction
– Have good design skills
– Hands-on experience managing a project through the RIAI Stages
– Full proficiency in Revit
– Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
– Previous experience leading a team is preferred
