Hayden was chosen from a shortlist of nominees from all Europe by a judging panel of industry experts and leaders from across Europe. The awards seek to highlight exceptional leadership and business best-practice within Pan-European engineering and consultancy firms.

Speaking before the gala awards in One Great Georges Street, London, ACE chief executive, Dr Nelson Ogunshakin OBE said: “In 2016 all candidates had strong credentials, with shortlisted leaders fostering progress in their respective businesses, pushing beyond the results seen solely through resources.”
This is not the first award for Hayden or for Ethos – the company won the Consultancy of the Year award at the Irish Construction Industry Awards in both 2015 and 2016, as well as the prestigious CIBSE Employer of the Year 2015 for UK and Ireland (medium category) & ‘Innovation in Project Design‘ at last weeks fit out awards.
Founded in 2005 with six people, the company now employs more than 80 staff at its Sandyford office and generates turnover of more than €8 million per year.
Ethos ‘Bring em Home‘ campaign, over the last year brought more than 20 engineers back to Ireland that had to leave during the recession.
