Kellie O’Brien from Savills said they already had a number of enquiries from a range of occupiers and now that they have officially commenced the marketing process, we expect this to continue.”

Strong jobs growth made 2018 a record year for Dublin office lettings. Total take-up of purpose-built office space in Dublin was 345,783 sq m, representing an increase of 25% on the previous year.  H1 2019 has continued in the same vein, with 160,626 sq m of space taken.
