Our client is a leading construction consultancy offering a range of cost management, project management, due diligence and advisory services to blue chip clients in a huge variety of sectors. Working on prestige projects around the country, they’re renowned for the highest standards, biggest ideas and meticulous attention to detail.
Due to continued growth, they now have a requirement for a junior and senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior & Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Ideally, you will possess the following traits but is not restricted to:
■ Relevant third level qualification
■ 5 years’ experience plus
■ A background with Mechanical and Electrical projects a plus
■ Data Centre development, construction and design a definite advantage
■ Chartered or working towards chartership ideally
■ Experience with estimation, tendering, procurement, reporting, analysis and final accounts
■ Excellent client facing profile with suitable experience within the sector
■ Motivated and diligent team player
