Iconic Offices today announced they are set to open Ireland’s most dynamic state-of-the-art flexible workspace on Dublin’s ‘Iconic’ square, St. Stephen’s Green. Conveniently located opposite St. Stephen’s Green park in the heart of Dublin’s business district, The Greenway will be the next instalment from Iconic Offices’ within the city. It will offer a professional, high-quality, creative and collaborative working environment that optimises work-flow, maximises productivity and is the ultimate solution to the lack of office space currently experienced by the city.
Previously occupied by Eircom and Revenue Commissioners, Block C Ardilaun Court lay vacant for the last five years before Iconic Offices agreed to lease the entire building earlier this year, investing approximately €2 million in the refurbishment. Dublin’s latest flexible workspace will be a haven for businesses in the center of a diverse and ever-evolving city. Sitting on the landmark location on St .Stephen’s Green, Iconic Offices brings to the Dublin business district six floors of private office suites, dedicated desks and hot desking, perfect for businesses in a range of industries—from start-ups to SMEs right through to multi-national clients.
“We are really excited about the launch of The Greenway, our largest project to date” said Joe Mcginley, Founder & CEO. “The location on St. Stephen’s Green is phenomenal and unrivaled in the market today. The overall design of The Greenway is unique and we are working with some really exciting indigenous and international artists to deliver a curious and creative space for some of Dublin’s most dynamic companies.”
Spanning over six floors, housing up to 500 people, The Greenway will grow the Irish owned Iconic Offices’ already 30% strong Irish market share to 35%. Their community, complemented by ongoing events and networking opportunities, is set to grow from 1,500 innovative members to 2,000+ in the Dublin market by 2018.
