Colliers International Dublin have announced the recent appointment of Aoife Murray as Associate Director to its Capital Markets Team.
Aoife, an established Chartered Surveyor with over 13 year’s experience in the Retail, Office and Investment Markets, will primarily be responsible for sourcing and transacting Investment Product for the firm’s wide Investor Client roster, ranging from Private Irish Investors, to Property Companies to a broad range of International Funds and Investing Institutions.
Aoife joins from Fine Grain Property where over the past 3 years she was responsible for the assembly and asset management of a 600,000 sq. ft. portfolio of investments. Prior to Fine Grain Aoife was a Senior Manager at Hudson Advisors for 4 years and before that with JLL and Savills.

Aoife is a native of West Cork, and is a well-known sports personality, having won 9 Senior All Ireland Camogie Championships with Cork, and having been accorded All-Star status on no less than 8 occasions.
