A large residential development site in Newtownards, County Down, has come to the market priced at £13.7m or €15.9m.
Measuring 72 acres, the site known as Beverley Garden Village has full planning permission for 498 residential units including detached houses and apartment units.
Newtownards is a large town at the northern tip of Strangford Lough, 10 miles east of Belfast.
Savills Northern Ireland director Neal Morrison is handling the sale on behalf of the Dunlop Group. He said the guide price reflects a low price per acre of £190,000 (€220,000) or an attractive price per plot of £27,500 (€32,000).
The site benefits from proximity to a variety of local amenities.
